She’s in NEAR MINT CONDITION showing no real signs of use outside some tarnishing on the hardware and a few marks on the back plate.

Action is perfect right now. Frets show no wear. Neck is straight as an arrow.

She comes in PRS Hard Case with hang tag and all the paperwork. MODCAT sticker is also on side of case leading me to believe this is likely the original case.
