Remarkably she is in NEAR MINT CONDITION with only some very minor buckle marks keeping her from mint.

No fret wear. Really no signs of use! Feels like a brand new guitar. When you open the case you’re immediately hit with that new guitar lacquer smell. Plastic is still on backplates and guard.
